Class & Workshop Schedule 2026
We are grateful for all the love and support during our 2025 workshop season. Thank you to each and every one of you who have supported our small venture.
We are happy to announce our upcoming schedule for classes, and workshops in Puglia in 2026. We have updated our schedule and have dates listed for workshops in May and November of 2026: We will now be offering our Cooking Puglia workshop in May to take advantage of the many exciting things happening in the fields and at the markets. Our Preserving Puglia workshop will now be on offer in November allowing us to enjoy the bounty of autumn including tasting new olive oil from the fall harvest.
We have expanded our dates for our 1 day cooking classes with classes on offer three days a week. Here is the link to our Cooking Class Lunch which we will host on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you have a group of 4 or more people and would like a private class on any weekday please email us and we can check for availability.
If you are a small group of up to 6 people and are looking for a personally tailored southern Italian experience for a weekend or longer, an Exploring Puglia workshop might be for you. We host these workshops in our renovated apartment which is located right above our cooking studio in the historical centre of Altamura. These experiences will be offered upon request and all the information can be found here on our website.
We are also opening up our apartment located above our cooking studio for short term rentals. Situated just inside Altamura’s historical centre the apartment sleeps up to six people has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two plant filled balconies. It features original, patterned graniglia floors, high ceilings, vintage linen sheets and ceramics we have collected on our travels. It is comfortable and clean and just steps away from our favourite coffee bar! Contact us for further details.
All of our workshops and cooking classes focus on exploring the food culture and history of Southern Italy and celebrating the importance of shared meals around the table which acts as the daily heartbeat of life in our region. More than a workshop, we aspire to share with you our way of life.
In addition to our many cooking adventures we will also shop the local markets, swim in the sea, picnic in olive groves, explore nearby historical towns, taste local wines and share long table dinners under the stars all the while meeting new friends from around the world.
We would love to have you join us.
